Refund Policy

If your paid route is not delivered or the result is clearly unusable, email hello@freedomroute.app with your order number within 14 days.

During the launch phase, we prefer to fix weak outputs manually first. If we cannot make the result useful, we will refund the order through Lemon Squeezy where eligible.

Refunds do not cover losses from travel bookings, housing deposits, visa decisions, or third-party services.
